New Home Sales Division:

Our new home sales teams are highly qualified professionals assigned to a specific builder or developer account. It is historically more successful to have a cohesive sales force representing builder developer communities. The sales message is consistent with specific construction methods, quality, features and marketing.  With our company brokers can do both new home sales and resale!

Solution Partners NW is looking for qualified New Home Sales Professionals.  New home sales experience is not a requirement, though we value two years of real estate sales experience along with an active Washington State Real Estate License.

The commission-based Community Sales Manager position is full of challenge and reward that requires the ability to balance a wide range of tasks. The most important component is the home buyer experience.

New Home Sales - Candidates should have:

  • Prospect management system, drip marketing campaigns, lead generating tools and file storage. All firm leads are systematically delivered to our resale Brokers.
  • SPNW has experienced and friendly staff to review contracts and quick turnaround of commission checks. The management team is accessible and will problem solve in partnership with you.
  • Marketing Support!  We will help you market your listings and your brand!
  • Every listing is entered into the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) and syndicated to every brokerage firm in the Puget Sound region.
  • We can promote your listings on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Linkedin, etc.  We can also help you create your own Social media business profiles on sites such as Zillow, Trulia, Google+ and more!



  • We will send out zip flyers promoting your listing to the areas of your choice reaching up to 10,000 area brokers.
  • Eblasts to your clients and/or contacts are a great way to send personalized messages or promote your listings.  We can do this for you through our backend via constant contact.
  • We can create customized flyers, door hangers, and postcards to help you to promote your business.
  • We can help you to build the brand for your business.
  • Our designated broker is here to advise you and offer training on how to strategize and help you market yourself.  We want to see you be successful!
