Bill Donahoe Bio

Bill Donahoe, Owner Solution Partners NW, brings over 40 years of real estate experience to our team. Bill’s experience has been built in the Pacific Northwest region. From his beginnings as a sales agent through to his general manager position specializing in new home sales, Bill’s real estate knowledge is immense.

Most recently, Bill joined forces with Barbara Allen in 1997 to form Builder Sales Group—now known as Solution Partners NW. The team has represented some of the largest and some of the smallest builders in the Pacific Northwest. Bill brings his innate sales ability, clear logic, and analytical abilities to the table providing Solution Partners NW a strong foundation from which to draw from.

Barbara Allen Bio

Barbara Allen, Owner Solution Partners NW, brings over 30 years of real estate experience to the team. Barbara’s real estate career started in Oregon where she served as project manager for an extremely successful master planned community. From Oregon, Barbara moved her career to the Seattle area where she worked with some of the most prestigious builders in the region.

Barbara was vice president of sales and marketing for John F. Buchan Homes when she joined forces with Bill to form Builder Sales Group—now Solution Partners NW. Barbara brings her creative approach to problem solving, her drive to exceed sales goals, and her team building skills to Solution Partners NW. Together, Bill and Barbara form a leadership team with both depth and breadth that leads our team and generates results.
